Avatars - Sir Prize - 12-27-2011 I've noticed that blinking avatars seems to become a trend. I just want to warn you about this. There are people who can react very strongly to these things, while I don't think there are anyone here who will, there are still people who will. And we don't really have any way to warn these people about your avatars before going here. Again, this is not a warning because I simply don't like your avatar, we just want this forum to be available to everyone. I hope that you understand and will change your avatar accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation. ![]() RE: Avatars - yottabyte - 12-27-2011 Nice one, posting in the wrong forum and all. On topic, might make this a forum rule? RE: Avatars - Cell - 12-27-2011 Herm. Although I agree with this, can I make a suggestion? Like you said, its a trend, some like it, some don't. For those that do can they perhaps get your approval before making it their avatar? RE: Avatars - DjFuzz - 12-27-2011 Well personally I think it's fine for now unless there is a large bunch of complaints against it, if there is them maybe just a simple rule of no stupid or flashing avatars as having to have your picture approved would be very annoying. RE: Avatars - doggypwn - 12-27-2011 I find them an eyesore and just generally annoying, and though some people like them I can see the problem where people prone to seizures could have very bad things arise from them. RE: Avatars - Sir Prize - 12-27-2011 Herp derp. Thought I had posted it in the right forum. Well, for now I think they can keep them seeing as how we currently have no members prone to seizures. But seeing as how it isn't exactly uncommon I think we should make it a rule in the future. RE: Avatars - Saera - 12-27-2011 Red and black sometimes hurt the eyes and is bad for headache-prone pplz. Try green and black, it goes easier on the eyes. Oh sorry was I trolling? ![]() RE: Avatars - partyars - 12-27-2011 I'm not getting seizures of them but they do give me a slight headache from time to time. And if you want to go all out use red and green  RE: Avatars - Sebiale - 12-27-2011 What is a blinking avatar? RE: Avatars - Sir Prize - 12-27-2011 See asdf and Ian25's avatars. |
