The problem with ELO is that you need to gather data before it works properly. Which means that you will jump up and down a lot in the ranking list at the start. So don't expect it to work perfectly.

Here's a spreadsheet I put together from the 5th,4th and 3rd RFW. I'm not 100% if I got the teams right at all times though, but it gives you an idea
