If you are using Yahoo, that could be the problem. The forums tend to not send the email to Yahoo

The messages often get caught in spam filters. Remember to check your spam folder.

Try adding [email protected] to your contact list if it's not even in the spam folder.

I once tried to get it via Yahoo, after about two weeks I found it was easier to just use a Gmail account.
