Citizens of Kiwike,
I, Sir Llewyn House, Knight of the Wilds, Have discovered an area of land that i wish to change. I with to make it... habitable. I propose that some diligent workers and investors meet me at the Inn at 16:00 ((GMT)) on the noon of April 16th to discuss investments, land availability and placement.
The task at hand involves filling in a lake with soil, gravel, sand and stone. As long as the lake is entirely gone and there is sufficient soil on the surface... the area will become as i have said earlier, habitable.
