Ban Appeal - Oranges44 - oranges44 - 04-17-2012
So just recently I was banned for Meta - Gaming and Grief in which both cases were false. I was attacking ADSF's town , for reasons which my RP lore clearly states. Tristo assuming banned me for attacking ADSF's town for a reason from previous versions which isn't true. I attacked him for resources and tristo is simply being biased in this case , I was banned for grief which was being the fact that I dug to connor's name and chestroom outside of the city , I was going to clear up after I was done but was banned right after I died. This is epic fail on the sides of the admins as it seems that if you kill anyone or attack anything you will be banned , this is why I quit Kiwike in the first place during 2.0 - Yet here I am thinking the admins have come along way since that crap.

As I am not sure if you decided to KOS asdf or not. It is suspicious after seeing that you were to go straight there and attack his town without even knowing his character or his town. We are not looking for roaming nomads who will attack any town. This also does not go with your RP whitelisting. You want to be a great warrior yes? That is not killing innocent people. Also I may be taking this the wrong way but It seems you may have came back as a great warrior in your rp just to kill Asdf and get your revenge. I have been tipped off by unnamed people that you have also came to destroy towns. We at kiwike has moved from the ruthless pvp you are interested in to a RP server. Go ahead and prove me wrong.

Tristo, his interpretation of his RP character, and what his definition of a great warrior means may be different than yours.
I wrote his lore, and we discussed it thoroughly - it has nothing, as a matter of fact, to do with revenge upon Asdf. That is apparently merely an additional coincidence. His character misses battle, and loves to fight - add that to the fact that he's a drunk in a foreign land and it makes perfect sense that he'd raid a town he stumbles upon (even if he did metagame his grudge).
Besides, if nobody is allowed to raid in the first age, why even bother leaving everything unprotected?
All in all, the metagaming was apparently a one-time offense - and EVERYBODY is guilty of it at least one (though his case was quite distinct), and he did not do any physical damage to any structure (I may be wrong, but an exact example would be available I'd hope).

Exactly , and clearly ASDF's town cords aren't obvious town cords right? Mhm any second person would think of looking near that region. Especially if their a drunken warrior looking for resources.

He did greif... A lot... Reeds where completly nocked down, holes in my house, replaced stuff with wrong material, dug straight down to Conor, left a bunch of sand holes there too.
