Wanted to confirm he wasn't trying to get in touch with me. Is there anyway to disable email notifications from kiwike or should I just toss anything with the word kiwike in it into a spam filter?

And yes, there is. In the user control panel, there are options to disable it.

I can't disable that, because I cannot access the CP. It's ok though, that's what spam block is for I suppose.
Also, I have updated my review to indicate that the ToS issues have been fixed. I am not looking to defame kiwike (which is a really great server) but instead to point out problems that should be fixed in a way that encourages actual attention to be given to them. Now that I am banned I don't have to worry about mod retribution when I do this and it's my way of saying thanks to those of you who have been good friends on kiwike and doing one last thing for a server I've been an active part of for such a long time.

Seeing as how you only trusted yourself with the The Black Sun since you 'gave' it to an alternate, I'm going to go ahead and ban it. I'm glad you decided to take on a better attitude but we simply can't have you here anymore.
