Anti-Radar? - smellityet - 06-03-2012 Hello, and my name is smellityet. I was wondering if Kiwike had anti-radar because there have been several suspicious cases where the victim is crouching and entirely hidden, yet "just so happened to be found." Is there a way to tell if somebody is using radar? This has become a major problem with the recent battles and wars. If we don't have an anti-radar plugin, (if it even exists) I politely urge the team to solve this problem. Thank you. RE: Anti-Radar? - Crashlander04 - 06-03-2012 I'd personally be more concerned about users of x-ray in hunting situation - which is far more likely in finding players, and hypothetically much more efficient. There's a definite anti-xray, though. I'm not concerned about that. --------------------------------- It's not very fun if you plan a sneak attack, your enemy stands RIGHT ON TOP OF YOU, then digs down to kill you. RE: Anti-Radar? - Pwol - 06-03-2012 What are you talking about, when has this ever happened? Oh, are you talking about when I killed you hiding in our nether portal room? When I decided to try to get ghast tears for regeneration potions. I go down and next thing i know im looking at the face of an enemy. I dont know if this was you, but whoever it was made a big deal about it. Anyway, goodbye RE: Anti-Radar? - Crashlander04 - 06-03-2012 (06-03-2012, 04:36)smellityet Wrote:(06-03-2012, 04:31)Crashlander04 Wrote: I'd personally be more concerned about users of x-ray in hunting situation - which is far more likely in finding players, and hypothetically much more efficient. Are you honestly that stupid? The anti-xray only stops the xraying of ores. You could still see hidden people who are crouches behind or under objects, with so much as a see-through texturepack. As well, by chance they saw your nametag for even a split second your position is utterly compromised, so you shouldn't be so concerned. SMART FIX: Don't be a snooper/raider and don't have a reason to be afraid to be found. EASY FIX: Ban people for radar hacks because you can't hide well. RE: Anti-Radar? - Leech - 06-03-2012 Youpeople are really contradictary. First, you want us to fight back, and now you don't? RE: Anti-Radar? - Ian25 - 06-03-2012 The thing is, once somebody suggests the idea that we use radar, you all jump at it like leeches (I'm punny). It's called Confimation bias; I know that we do not use radar mod which makes it all the more humorous when you think that this accusation is evidence to confirm your theory. RE: Anti-Radar? - Leech - 06-03-2012 My God, you guys do this for pages. I said already, I'd suspected it, and occasionally filmed raids to gather proof, but nothing came out of it. Jeez, do you ever give up? Also, I've never stubbed my toe. I said it, so it's irrefutable. You've killed me too often to bother. ![]() RE: Anti-Radar? - Ian25 - 06-03-2012 (06-03-2012, 07:37)Leech Wrote: My God, you guys do this for pages.
