Territories Tutorial - Android - 06-11-2012

Hello Kiwike!
It's been a while since the dreaded disease know only by the name of 'DayZ' struck our player base and team of staff, but you should be pleased to know that I made a critical discovery on my search for a cure. Although it only works for a short amount of time, I've found that if I am able to threaten DjFuZZ's position on the team, he does the work for me and urges the yottabyte to code. I'm working towards a better future for all of us, here on the Kiwike Minecraft server.
Meanwhile, Territories has made major progress in these past few days, and I believe I've finally gotten the ball rolling. Below is a short tutorial on the town creating sections of the plugin. It holds the basics that any town leader must know, and if there are any further questions, feel free to let us know.
(Sorry for the sound quality, I'm not entirely sure what happened. We'll hopefully be working on getting a video with better quality. In the meantime, enjoy.)

Will it be possible to make towns that are partially out side of the nation's biome?

Yes, and that will come with another tutorial video.
For now, as we have it set up, a nation may claim World Blocks which are fairly large to continue expanding outside of their original biome. This is how we expect nations to run up to each other, border to border, and begin warfare.
