To those who read this note:
I, Torkin Ouri, High Tzar of The Midland Monarchy and leader of this town, must once again return to my home land. My people need my help, for their enemy has gained the upper hand in the war again. Our enemy has become increasingly powerful, so I will need to be away for much longer. I will return in two and one half years, hopefully I will have restored my people's strength by then. If you would like to join my city, but can't contact me because I am gone, then please leave me a letter in the postbox to the left of this sign. I wish all well while I am gone.
