Is it allowed to make weapons (canons, machine guns) in kiwike used as a form as defense for nations and cities?

Well, I've constructed rapidly firing tnt cannons in creative but the amount of TNT needed is ridiculous for just a couple of shots.
But yeah, I don't see a reason not to allow cannons and such. Just don't use them to ruin the landscape/grief.
