Stronghold Camping? - Crashlander04 - 07-24-2012
Lately, me and a few others were wondering about the rules surrounding the claiming of a stronghold as a nation.
A group of players, who shall remain nameless, [apparently] constantly go through their local [within 50 or so blocks of their town] stronghold in large groups and are fuelling their own nation solely with a supply of overpowered loot.
Considering the odds are pretty good to find diamond armour and tools inside a stronghold, this is looking pretty unfair to those who can't enter the territory without a death threat (everybody not in that certain nation).
Any clarification on the use of strongholds like such would be appreciated.

YEa its getting extreme all the strongholds but one are surrounded. I think a limit of times a person can go into a stronghold per day needs to be set.

((Actually my town members don't go there constantly it's some other people and I initially didn't realise that my town was that close to the stronghold. But it's just like the biome claiming for the nations hard luck if you got a small one. I also never gave anyone death threats but I'm going to presume you're talking about another stronghold and another town and aren't giving out about me.

Starting a nation near a stronghold is simply a strategic move for starting a nation. Our stronghold was undoubtedly a strategic move by my king when starting the nation. However, we don't go into it 24/7 because one, they are dangerous, and two, there is a limit on how many times we can go in every day. The stronghold is unavailable for several hours after you go in. Also, just because a stronghold is within a nation's border's doesn't mean you can't still use it.
