Vote of Non-Confidence - Crashlander04 - 09-21-2012
I move for a vote of non-confidence in Android24557. As an Admin, he no longer shows he has proper commitment, judgement, and support needed to continue in this position. Many among us believe he has not served the best interest of the community, and has failed to truly follow through with his duties as an admin.
Yes, at a certain time I am sure Android24557 was a suitable admin for the server - but as for the direction the server is moving I do not believe he is the person who we should be entrusting decision-making power to. The community has greatly lost confidence in his ability to fulfill his job as he has demonstrated much error in the obligations of his position - either willingly, or not.
This vote of non-confidence intends to remove Android24557 from his position as Admin.
Please vote in which way you honestly believe will benefit Kiwike. Whether or not the outcome vote will be acted upon, or even reflected upon, by the staff is even further a demonstration of its true commitment to the community and the server. In the end - only the admins will have the final say - of which it is their responsibility to consider our opinions.
Also, I would greatly hope that we, as a community, are above spite at moments like this. I ask that no flame result from this vote.
(No, this is not a suggestion - or a problem that can be 'fixed' by the staff - this is a server-wide vote.)
Edit: No, this is not a power grab - removing Android will not in any way make me an Admin -.-

Am I allowed to vote as a previous server-goer? Or is this current people only?
EDIT: I'm simply worried that people would think that the vote is tainted because I have some "grudge" against the admins for being banned.

Things need to change and from what i understand Droid had been blocking the change. I luv you droidy i mean your the only reason im here still but things need to change NOW.

Alright, that's perfectly fine. Guess i'l just observe in that case.
EDIT: Seth I still am not going to vote just so this is entirely legitimate. So no one can just blame it on a group of griefers if it does get votes, which I doubt anything would happen if it did.

Agreed. Droid has certainly not been doing his job as admin correctly. Insulting players, never getting online, blocking progress, etc. I completely agree with you Crash.

Restart revamped and enforce rp, crack down on metagaming. Have a waiting period for access to /msg-ing so new spawns cant immediately join their friends.
