Now that we have creeper heal, and droid said TnT-ing towns is legal, we need a way to place the TNT, perhaps each player can place 1 TNT on owned land, per day(maybe reduced time by donating?). I would like to hear opinions.

Yes yotta , but you cant TNT underground towns like Lordgodfreys. Therefore your idea is invalid.

You can't place TNT in protected areas , so how do you uncover chests and such? Exactly.
