Ban Appeal/Rule Clarify - Solidus - 08-12-2013
Hello, I am FunnyCop and was banned twice on the new Kiwike server. The first was on false charges and was quickly resolved the second however is based on a rule that I believed was not explained thoroughly enough. The first rule states this:
No hacking/exploiting
But the explanation is:
All hacking clients, X-rays, flying, etc. is strictly not allowed. Any mod that gives you an advantage will get you banned.
I have been banned for block glitching, a thing that many other people do and is not clearly stated in the rules.
I wish to either be unbanned, have a time limit on my ban (that is not forever) and know when it ends, or have every single person that has ever block glitched on the server banned with the proof of them doing so along with the proof of me block glitching.
If you will not unban me or change my ban to a temp ban, I'm sure that the mod team will consent to completely cracking down and banning every person who breaks the rules with no exception. Just banning one or two people will not fix the problem: hacking is against the rules but people still do it even though people do get banned.
The rules need to be clarified along with time constraint on the bans.
I have now been notified that my ban is a temp ban, but how long is my ban going to last?

Is using creepers to blow up walls not exploiting town protection? If so ban every player that has done this as well. The rules are rules and exploiting is not tolerated.

Hi. The ban was temporary (24 hours). Maybe that wasn't clear. I'm new to this ban system.
I will make the definition on the website clearer. The rule in game is "No hacking/glitching". From what people call it, "block glitching", it is obvious that it is a form of glitching. Well, it should be obvious. I think everyone realizes that it's a glitch. Therefore not allowed.

See ya tomorrow. Don't block glitch. Ender balls are a thing if you want to get over walls.
ps. I know that many people have been using this glitch before. However, no one has sent any proof until now. So there you go.
pps. I plan on installing a plugin that fixes the block glitching asap. Just want to get the CPU usage under control and everything first so the server doesn't sudoku itself with such a plugin.
