Kiwike 2.0 has finally been released so building finally begins!
As you read the Nation Chart below, please keep in mind that we have just been unleashed onto the new lands of Kiwike and haven't had time to build. As soon as construction starts, expect annual updates.
After reading the information listed below, I hope we can win you over as a citizen. I would also like to note that Helvanthar is the longest lasting and strongest nation to be run in the world of Kiwike.
Introduction – Helvanthar
Background
Planned for over two months, Helvanthar is a nation of Kiwike, officially recognized at 6:35pm GMT -3, on March 4th, 2011. Now that Kiwike 2.0 has finally arrived, let our ventures begin! The capital, Bludwick, has just been finished, and is in process of expansion. We have also gained four towns, Nosaka, Oasis, Halford, Barkwood, and Yrr. As far as politics goes, the Vikings War has been settled, and won. Next came the Cornerstone War, which a treaty solved when Cornerstone stepped down. The third war involving us was that of The_Grand War which ended up in a third victory for Helvanthar.

Legislative Branch: A single house of congress, The House of Commerce, will meet on the forums, so as to maximize the participation. The congressmen/congresswomen will be elected from and by their respective towns. The number of delegates will relate to the population of the city they come from. One delegate per five citizens of that city. With under five citizens, towns are still allowed one delegate. They will be put into office however the town decides. For example, citizens of Bludwick will always be electing their representatives to be placed into The House of Commerce. The House itself is somewhat imaginary. As was said earlier, to maximize participation, most meetings or questions brought up for the members of The House will be in Helvanthar's sub-forum. A voting procedure will be set up, with basic instructions. There will also be a format for the resolution at hand, that the members are voting on.
