Problem with Stealing/Xray/Random Killing - Ian25 - 04-20-2011
Hey, recently i have had a problem with people stealing from my chests that only could be found using the xray mod. I know that it is a client mod, and nothing can be done as of right now. BUT, i have also had problems with "Thephonez" coming into my house (in Tullius, which is a peaceful nation (am i right?)) and killing me. He has said that he just likes to kill people. He has done it multiple times now, and has gone even as far as hiding in my house till' i come into it and then killing me. How absurd. :@ I also believe that he was the one stealing from my chests that had to be "griefed" to get to. Thanks For reading this long paragraph and I would hope that you take the appropriate action.

UPDATE: As of right now he is in my house waiting to kill me.

Hello, This guy is just a whiner. I was sneaking around Census when i found Ian in a room outside of the city limits and killed him. He then began to call me a hacker of all sorts, called me a douche numerous times and gave general whinery for about 10 minutes, by this time i was well away from him. He would not shut up so i turned around and went back to kill him again, he was in his house again so i thought i would have some fun with him by trying to trap him with lava or make him fall but he found me and i had to kill him again. I then continued trying to leave a lava trap for him by hiding it in between 2 walls that he found me in. Anyway i waited for a while and he never showed back up in his house so i went to leave. I seen him again up in census so i followed him home and as i was going into his home he was coming up the steps so i blocked him with lava and shot him dead. I removed all lava and fixed any damage from his housing area, bar some painting that got shot off the wall.
Anyway i was just out exploring and raiding / killing, he calls me a griefer but that is not my intentions, i see no fun in random destruction.
And i don't know what to say about his other chests, he is just pointing fingers at me because he has been raging at me. I did notice him whining alot about that earlier on in the night, though.
On a side note, one of your guys combat logged on me when he had half a set of diamond armor on. I am to tired to remember his name now but i will know it when i see it. It is because of this act of cheating and cowardice i declare full war against you, him and your whole nation and any allies. I will offer my aid to any other Nation that wants to mess you up at the weekends.

Are You requesting help from other Nations? If so this should be under role play. If not we cannot ban this guy unless you have proof of some griefing or other rule violation. Unless he did put lava. Then i dont know. Leave it up for moderators.

Yeah, he did put lava in my house, and you could easily find out by using Big Brother. I'm not sure if you do have it, but if you don't it would be a wise decision to get it.

With the mods we do have, if it is big brother or not i do not know, but moderators are able to see block destruction and placement. If he did place lava in your house, this should be brought to a moderator to see what to do about it.

Wow, even read my post? Yes i put lava in his house for a brief moment, i cleaned it up after. I just used it to create a barrier.
Just so you all know, his house over extends the city walls and is in the wild. I'm sure building outside of city limits is ok but i do not think it is allowed for you to claim city protection in it.
The only rule broken in my eyes was Ians constant whine and namecalling. Thats 2 rules. Forget that though.
Since i have been on this server i have killed alot of people and have yet to be killled myself. There is a very large number of whiners who would rather look for ways to have you banned than to better themselfs and look at their own mistakes.
Hyphe flat out combat logs in my face and then whines and reports me the next day when he finds i broke 2 cobblestone blocks in his house, while admiting to combat logging and saying he can do that because its not against the rules? Why isn't against the rules when its a complete game breaker?
I am a Nomad villian and i see this as a game for fun, i have no emotional ties to my pixels and i like sneaking around populated areas, looking for openings to exploit. If people can't handle PVP then maybe they should leave or you tell me now that PVP isn't allowed and i will leave myself before i put anymore time on the server.

As long as any damage done to property in the act of Stealing is fixed, I don't see that there is any violation.
Looks like Cencus may wish to start a man-hunt!
Ian Perhaps you should contact someone in The Company or Do an RP post and put a bounty on Phonze head!
