As the title says, bukkit is fine. I recently checked and bukkit is on the current version of minecraft. Are we waiting for any other plugins? I'm sure the important ones are ready.

Yes, the NPCSpawner library hasn't been updated yet which means no NPCs are working. Hopefully the guys making Citizens will update soon. If it's taking too long time I think we will take away NPCs and use a global bank instead. Maybe.
