Project Z - Crazylol5 - 05-03-2011
While traveling through the lands of Kiwike, Crazy finds a rather wierd letter of some sort buried in some sand. He is curious and starts to read it right away. Half of the letter seems to be missing though, and this is all that remains of the text written on it:
To anyone who might find this:
Help me. They have me locked up here and
Project Z. I am not the only one who is captured
We are test subjects and they keep testing us over and
I need help. Come to their HQ and save me from this cruel
The HQ are located at these coordinates: x =
Please save me.

Crazy want to save these poor souls but knows that there is not enough information to go and find them yet. He decides to look for the other half of the letter or more letters in the area before trying to help them.
((I posted this because I had seen mystery roleplaying stories like this on other servers, with in-game clues and roleplaying, and I thought it could have some potential on this server, so if anybody likes the story I will post more letters and maybe create some in-game clues to make a roleplaying adventure!

While Crazylol5 Is exploring the Tunnels of the new International railway, an abandoned minecrart roles to a slow stop right in front of him. The minecart is full of supplies, and a letter.

I have heard of these lost souls in Project Z once before, they seem to have crossed my mind as a practical joke. I fear that they are in, what Master Roadbuilder Kubrick call's the Void. I know nothing of it but it is not a place you would want to go. If you choose to travel there, travel carefully, travel safely, travel for those prisoners. I can not help any further but to offer you these supplies, take them if you will, as you will need it.
((Thought i would add some more mystery to it, and involve the Roadbuilders for some more fun. If you don't like it just tell me and ill remove it.))

From atop a sand dune near the edge of Nosaka, an arrow is shot towards the front of the wall around the gate area. Attached to the arrow is a wrinkled note.

I overheard someone talking about something called the Void and Project Z. Though I have no clue what either of these are, the Void seems like an old legend told by my people back when I was young, very young. We are interested, we want to know more about this land. I feel that Project Z, whatever it is, will help us understand. SOUBM is interested.
((I feel SOUBM needs to be more involved rather then confusing the hell out of everyone. I think this will give us more of a background.))

While exploring the area where he found the first letter, Crazy falls into a small hole. He quickly gets out of it and notices a piece of paper stuck on his foot. He grabs it and starts to read it.

4.2-Test subjects escaping
Our defences in our test buildings are great, but there might be a case of a test subject escaping your test facility! What do you have to do when your test subject escapes?
STEP 1: Find your facility's ''Project Z test subject registration book'' and try to match a name or a picture with your escaped test subject.
STEP 2: Contact a ''Project Z escaped test subject recovery-team'' and give them all the information written in the ''Project Z test subject registration book'' and they will track down your lost test subject by...
Everything else seems to be crossed out and 1414, -1070 is written on the other side of the paper. Crazy starts looking for even more clues as he walks back to Mavenholm.

Staypuff looked at the mysterious wooden structure and then back at his little piece of paper that held the coordinates to this place that he found in Mavenholm.
"This is it."
Staypuff enters the little home and sees a chest next to a crafting table with a sign above it. He walks over close enough to where he can make out the words on the sign.
We got him.
Staypuff turns his attention to the chest and opens in slowly, in case of any traps that this person had left behind. Inside the chest was a dozen bones in the shape of a large Z. Staypuff shut the chest and left the house, heading back to Mavenholm to give the news.
"Creepy.."

Crazy walks back home trough Mavenholm and hears what was found at the coordinates he found. He was glad that he didn't go there because the thought of bones in the shape of a Z freaked him out. While he walked over the road back to Bludwick to get some supplies he finds wierd pieces of paper lying on the ground. He picks them up and notices they are all the same and they look like flyers for something. He starts to read one:
Are you tired of sitting at home and doing nothing?
Well then, we have a solution:
BECOME A TEST SUBJECT FOR OUR PROJECT!
At our registration camp at -169, 272 we will help you out! You will preform a small number of tests for only one day, with a great payment! You will get free food at the registration camp and we will take good care of you!
''LIARS'' is written under this text. Written with blood. Crazy quickly drops the paper and doesn't want to get involved any more. But he just keeps thinking about the letter from those captured people...

Crazy walks back to Bludwick trying to forget all of the messages but he just can't get them out of his head. As he walks into Bludwick he sees a man walk around a corner and drop something on the ground. He tries to tell the man that he lost something, but the man is already gone. Crazy picked the item up. It looked like a piece of cardboard with text written on it. He immediately spots ''Project Z'' in the middle of the text. He thinks to himself: So many things about this project, this can't be a coincedence. He starts reading the text.
Note to self:
-Visit new Project Z Helvanthar Observation Building at 1808, -810.
-Help build new test areas and Observation buildings.
-Keep eye on curiosity of people in Helvanthar area.
-Pick up remaining items at registration camp.
Crazy's head hurts from all these letters and notes. He thinks he should take a rest and visit the places later.

Granite123 and Staypuff peak their heads over the small hill to see a building made of stone. To the left of the building was a stone wall with a few signs attached to it. They both get closer to the building. Granite checks the chest only to find nothing, though the signs had Staypuff's attention. Staypuff could only seem to go through one little line:
...waiting for you SOUBM.
"Granite, they are fast thinkers. Could be faster then us."
Staypuff motions to Granite and they both head off into the night.

After a few days of walking, Granite and Staypuff finally arrive at their next location. They kick open the door to the Observations Center only to find nothing but a few notes mentioning something about Test Subject 218.
"These guys are starting to annoy the hell out of me, whose this 218 guy?"
With nothing else to look at, Granite and Staypuff head back off towards Nosaka to tell the new news of Project Z.

It disturbs me so that i have yet to finish my home
As he says that last line, he spotts something out of the corner of his eye. He rules it out as nothing until it moves, and not like anything else among the world of Kiwike. It moves with immense speed, and seems to have a million faces, but all put into one, all changing so fast, he can not make it out.
Do not panic, your mind is playing trick's on you, you have been working hard, all you need is a break.
The Monster glides to face Me, and it lets out one long screech, that is when... I blacked out.
Where am i...? Wait... Is that what i think that is... Sketchington...? But that can't be possible, Sketchington has been long gone since we crossed the void years ago...
In an instant, the scene is gone, I wake up somewere familar, but faint, and the only word that comes to mind when i try to think of it, is Blackrock.

Project Z... what could it be?
Staypuff looks around in the dark cavern making sure no one is around. He places a torch on the wall and begins to cut the stone around him.
Could it be related? No, no..
He brushes away some of the dirt around him and puts his pick aside. Reaching into his pack, he pulls out some flint and places it down next to him.
What am I doing? I've been told never to be messing with these kind of things. I might as well ignore it. I need to take another look at the Observations Center.
Staypuff packs his stuff back in his bag and brushes the remaining dirt back into the hole he dug out and leaves home to take another look at the Observations Center.
