Why do you deserve a second chance?: First off, I am writing this ban appeal for Archprince since his access to the forums has been shut down. Second, Archprince did not mean what he said. He was angered by the situation that had come before him. Archprince is generally quick to anger (He gets almost as angry if I play Fruit Ninja on his Kindle Fire). He wanted me to express that he is truly sorry for what he did, and that he would like to be back on the server, and he will not do this again

Reason you got banned: Threatening and disrespecting staff
Why do you deserve a second chance?: For the reason that this accusation is false. At no point in time did I threaten any member of the server with any force that has been deemed illegal according to server rules. Threatening legal responses on those that violate the terms of a copywrite is no more of a threat than threatening to ban someone for breaking server rules. Also; at no point in time did I disrespect the staff of Kiwike at any point in time. I have a particular stance against a particular rule put in place by a particular person; this does not ensue disrespect of said person, but instead an intense dislike for said rule. As a result; I have the utmost respect for the rules and staff. As a matter of fact, I have adhered to the rules and the administration to the word - the fact that I do not enjoy doing so and vocally state as such is moot. I have not violated any server rules as of 11:25 PM EST according to http://kiwike.se/forum/announcements.php?aid=4 . I would ask that full evidence against me be placed here so that I may know exactly what I have done wrong.

Reason you got banned: combat log

Why do you deserve a second chance?: I had come to Canterlot to give gifts, as Ive been doing for a few towns, (nosaka, halren, ext) and they didnt believe me. I killed party then spamm got me out of the locked area. Then it resulted in me chasing spamm down and me being locked up after spammuff had combat logged. Me and spamm were just derping around in TS while this all went down. Party and spamm came back at me, I knew I couldnt win so I /home'd and then /c'd when it wouldnt work :c Then bam, I was banned. I think neither of us should be banned, we were just derping around, I would have returned all the crap I picked up, and spamm wasnt orignaly going to be banned, spamm begged him to do it so it would be fair.

Why do you deserve a second chance?: Because there is no way that I can remove it. I was trying to get some stuff from my old house, and so I was gong to 1x1 up and then remove it after, BUT when I went to remove it I could not. Why is this? I don't live in Bludwick anymore.

Anyways, this is unacceptable and should be removed immediately, although I realize that you had no idea that I could not remove it.

I logged onto the temp server today, and to my surprise a good part of my house was ripped open and water was running through all floors except my bedroom. I instantly thought asdf came back, and I currently have no idea who did this, but it's a pain in my ass to repair the house constantly from griefers. They also stole my enchantment table which was clearly placed. FOR THE THIRD TIME. Whoever is doing this is really getting on my nerves. Here's some pics showing the parts of my house removed.

Why do you deserve a second chance?: Let me explain. So I was online last night when I asked crashlander the cords of the town, he didnt tell me but I guessed them saying x: -5000. He said no but that was close then I guessed y: 3600. (first guess was bassed off the opposite of what eliza told me). He said no, but thats close, so I lowered both and he said no double those down again. So I made it at x: -4800, y: 3000. He said I think its around there somewhere so off I left. When I got there and found the island I first went into Doggy's house. Inside I found an enchanting table and some chests. I took the stuff I wanted from there (including the enchanting table) and left his house. Yes I dug out a few blocks in the first room, but only to get up to the next floor and to find a secret chest (as I hoped, never found one in his house). Then I went to the farm, I couldnt find the gates so I dug one of the fences out. Inside I took the plants and the crops. I left some of the wheat out for effect then I killed the cows and took the meat (Almost a stack of steak!) and then went on to the underwater home. There I took the enchanting table and a pumkin. Then I searched the chests. (I had not looked in the floor yet). Then after all that I realized I wouldnt have enough room in my inv so I moved the water bottles into the second chest and took the other one (it was empty when I took the chest). I then made a secret cash (still there) close to the island with items I took. Over all I had to make 4 chests total to fit all the stuff I took. I planned to go back and get it over time when no one was online. I then went on to the underground section. Took stuff there and made some 'LOL' and '=)' in the chests. I killed one chicken and left the gate open.. Sorry... Then I went over to the mud hut thing and took some stuff there. When I thought a perfect place to hide stuff would be under the crops, so I dug under them to find nothing, then proceded to look around under the floor and then found the stuff there. (keep in mind, I left all the stuff I took up (floor) so that they would realize someone had actuely tried to look for them and so it didnt look like I just used xray (which I NEVER did) and this apparently failed and just made it look like some one griefed the dirt walls and floors. (I did replace the floor in the underwater home because that was pretty easy to do and it was wool not dirt)). Once I did that I proceeded to find the secret chests under the wool checkered floor, which was really easy to do, it literally was next to a bed, one block down. The next place was the house by the pond, there was like one chest I think? so I figured they had to have more some where, and I looked through the walls of the basement of that house, and sure enough, there was two chests of stuff there. Took what I wanted and left it be. I went to the nether, set a waypoint with Rei's minimap (which thank god I got now Its so awesome, just upgraded to osx Lion the other day and realized mods might work on it now, sure enough, that and to many items worked) After that I walked back to my nether portal and had some fun putting away my new items. I made one trip back to their city to take stuff from a cash early today. Oh, and crash wanted me to promise him a portion of the stuff I steal, so I do have the cords of a double chest of items he can choose from.

So yeah, thats it. I didnt grief anything besides leave the walls how I put them so they could see it was not xray (as everyone likes to point people out for that on this server). I dont regret it, it was great fun.

Oh and after I told Bowser I did it, (why would I tell him if I thought I would be banned, I followed the rules to what I thought would be acceptable with this being a temp map and considering every other town on the map has been destroyed) I went over to their town via nether and killed bowser, left to eat, then saw andy there with armour and stuff. I then killed him and after that they all kept running at me and hitting me, I just killed em a ton. Bowser did try to say I spawn killed but what he had done was run up to where I was standing and not hit me, of course Im going to hit him when he runs to me xD Oh and a creeper did blow up next to Doggypwn's entry thing.

Spawn killing is when some one has stood where they spawned for less than 10 seconds or in a radius of 10 blocks without taking any hostile actions. Running at me when your my enemy is hostile.

Thanks, I hope some of yall will understand. (We never griefed natains thing. The only other place we hit was Squigley1's place which all we did was steal some crap on our way to our home and leave a sign.

Its on the temp server so I do not know if this is "Breaking" any rules since the ones put in place by yotta were not to greif.

However, kiwike has several younger kids and a curse word here and there isn't so bad but he did this and some more.

Why do you deserve a second chance?: I understand what I did was wrong, but I set out some fires in the house and it was not my expressed intent to let mobs spawn. I apologize for what i have done, and I am already 1 day into my ban. I think a week long ban is quite harsh of a punishment for setting out fires, so maybe I could get it cut down?

You know who I am,
I'm banned because Spammuff is being ignorant. He claims that I combat logged.

I should be unbanned as I am not guilty of combat logging. I saw Spammuff apparently afk in Halren's portal building on my way to build a few landmines. So I abruptly decided to go to creative as to not be present when he returned, figuring I could test some landmine ideas.

Just as I typed in /c he springs to life and attacks me, after I press the enter key. He did hit me, but I did not purposefully go to creative to avoid his direct attack. While in creative, I then spent the next few minutes arguing with Spammuff. He then logged off, prompting me to become distracted from my initial motive of being in creative, and went home.

Spammuff's 'proof' of me combat logging consists of pictures, and biased inferences. None of the picture are absolute proof, as the only one with any proof of time is the one of us being in creative, which is when I was arguing with him.

As far as his justification goes, he chooses to ignore my story and is intent on getting me banned for the sole reason of me killing Andy yesterday (a conflict since resolved).

I realize this is an awkward situation, but once again, I am being 100% honest. I realize this is a short ban, but I really don't like serving sentences that I'm not deserving of.

So I figure this is the first ever pre-ban appeal. I don't know if this even counts, or what's gonna go down.

This is my story, 100% true, and if you don't believe it then obviously you have never been in an awkward predicament yourself.

I was just going to go plant a few landmines at the Halren outpost near Cicatrix when I see Spammuff apparently afk in front of my portal.
I figure that I don't wanna deal with a potential raid so i'ma go test devices in creative instead.
Spammuff springs out of afk just in time to see me go to creative (he even hit me I think).

And now he's convinced I combat logged, plus he's got screenshots and wants to get me banned -.-

That's my story, that's what happened. I had /c typed in before I knew Spammuff wasn't afk, henceforth - not a combat log.

Why do you deserve a second chance?: I believe that I should be unbanned because I didn't do really anything wrong. I heard Droid say that he was going to kill me, and I knew he was in admin mode, so I just jokingly went to /c and then came back about 5 seconds later... I really don't know why he banned me for 2 days for this. We were all just messing around.. annnnnyyyways I really hope that I will be unbanned for tomorrow so I can play Minecraft instead of MW3..

OK! Today we gather to decide the fate of 45ccrraazzyy. or should i say 45ccrraazzyy's? What i mean by this is that this is a shared account and more than 1 person will be harmed by this. Only one of them has griefed and stolen and killed (other town members) so i was wondering about an ip ban? Anyways here are the pictures of him griefing that i caught him doing. They dont seem serious but he used these griefs to steal the stuff. The stuff consisted of glass panes, 7 diamonds, 10 tnt, 64 leaves, and 16 slimeballs. We need help! Can we ip ban? Ban Appeal

Okay, so I'm banned for the first time ever. I don't like it.

My name is Crashlander04 and i'm an alcoho- I mean i'm innocent (to reasonable extent).

The reason I was banned was for 'stealing' from Droidy's shop chest. I believe he means the netherack store in the Bludwick nether, how do I know this without being 100 percent guilty you might ask? Well, my story goes like this.

Back when reaction/Sponky/srowns blew the nether to nothing more than a dirty fart puddle, and Droid or whoever (possibly Yotta but maybe Jesus or Buddha or idk wtf has access to world edit) rolled back the grief, the writing on the signs had not reappeared with it. This left Droid's shop wide open. Being a dumbass, I considered stealing the netherack; upon realizing that I could be banned for the offense, I went to put the netherack back only to see it had duplicated and refilled the chest (this was in a matter of seconds and I was standing right beside it so there is no possible way Droid could have refilled it that fast).

Then I believe I went to raid Cicatrix during the early raids with an inventory of netherack (thinking I was gonna die and lose it all anyway). Somehow I didn't get killed (or blown up by Spam ) so I went home with all my armor, and put the netherack away.

Considering that everything I took was still in the chest at this point, my deed can not necessarily be considered stealing, but instead unintentional block-glitching or duplication leading to illegitimate gains. Even with that statement, I still have the netherack, have never touched it since and am fully willing to destroy/give it back (even though it technically is demonic-glitch netherack).

I can only imagine this ban has come up as Droid recently checked his chest's history to reveal who may have taken advantage of his constantly breaking chests and saw my account take items out and not return them. Meanwhile they were still in the chest.

I apologize for any harm, inconvenience or trauma anybody involved may have been done by my actions, but I am no criminal, nor did I intentionally break the rules without intended repair.

I will serve this ban if absolutely necessary, but I ask that this not be kept as one of my '3 bans you're out' strikes as the mens rea for the shop abuse did not exist.

P.S. It would seem that my ban has been extended. I was banned yesterday (Nov 4) and it was a one day ban. But now the server is showing that I will not be unbanned until Nov 6 because I was banned Nov 5.
I am confused, and not completely happy about this.
