New Tullius

The Nation of The Fallen

The history of Tullius is a scattered and
misunderstood story. Tullius rose, then fell, then rose
once more, then fell for what many have thought to be
its final resting place. But fret no more, Tullius shall rise
once more, and for a final, and permanent state.

Nation Info

New Tullius will rise to become (hopefully) a huge part of Kiwike, and the new map. The intentions of Tullius shall remain the same as in the past. To remain a neutral nation, keeping peace with all other fellow nations and towns. The original King of Tullius shall remain seated in the throne, along with his fellow leaders and Generals of the nation. A five level ranking system shall be put into place, see the Rank section. As an addition to the ranks, I shall be implementing two houses, the House of Representatives, and the House of Affairs. See the Government section. Tullius shall remain peaceful as long as the House of Representatives feels it is necessary for the good of Kiwike. Tullius will urge all sub cities to break off and create their own nation. As an experienced player of Kiwike, the thing I feel is missing here is a selection of nations. We hope to change that, growing the world as everyone hopes to see it. Towns will not be required to leave and create their own nation, and everyone is welcome to do as they wish. See towns for more information. There are also going to be a few general nation rules we would like to implement, these rules are standard in almost every town and nation, but please take some time to read them over and acknowledge these laws. If there are any problems within the nation, or other cities, the case may be brought to the Royal Court house in the capital city of Hyperion. Please, if you have any questions or want to add to anything in this post, please PM me or talk to me in game, Ill gladly add what ever it is you want (as long as I find it appropriate and useful for the nation).

Rules of Tullius

1. Please refrain from attacking or killing your own nation or town members unless both participants (Killer and Victim) are playing around. (Killing someone suspected of treason may be permitted under the circumstances).

2. No stealing. Simple rule, dont steal from your fellow town members or nation members.

3. No griefing. Dont destroy any blocks within or around your city or other allied/nation cities.

4. Take pride in your work. Try to build something that looks nice, help out around your town if you see things broken or in need of repair. You dont wana live in a slum do you?

Ranks

Ranks will be used for military issues when needed. A rank within the Legions (Tullius armies) is classified by rank within town (Mayor or citizen) and as general player.

King

The King is the ultimate leader of the nation, his word goes.

General

Every town mayor is classified as a General unless demoted by King. Follow his orders unless they violate your general rights.

Legionair

Special soldier who are specialy chosen by the King. Follows orders only from the King or designated Generals.

Footmen

Member of a Tullius town that joins the military ranks when you ask your General to join (your town mayor). Backbone of the Tullius military forces.

Citizen

Common player, standard rank for everyone who does not join the Legion.

Tullius Houses

There will be two houses in Tullius, each focusing on different things. The House of Representatives and The House of Affairs. The houses will focus their work on the forums with polls and threads covering what they wish to ensue.

House of Representatives

The House of Representatives will focus on anything effecting the nation. A members will be from towns within the nation of Tullius. Each town will be able to choose two members for every ten people their town has. If that town has under ten they may choose one member. The House of Representatives decisions rule over everyone but the King. The King may not veto any decisions, but if the King does not wish to comply under certain circumstances then he does not have to. You will make your requests in the subforum House of Representatives within the Tullius subforum.

House of Affairs

The House of Affairs will focus on anything outside of the nation. This would be things such as treaties between nations, or declarations of war between nations, or where we stand in a separate war. The members of this section will be chosen by each town mayor within the nation, and every king of any nation that breaks off of Tullius. You will make your requests in the subforum House of Affairs within the Tullius subforum.

Towns

All towns must complete the mandatory town registration within the new towns subforum of the Nations subforum. You will consult the Tullius King before making this about your town, and then proceed to the instructions located in the New Towns subforum. You would enter 'Tullius' as the nation you will be joining in your registration. You will need three members before the town will be officially made.

All towns within Tullius will be urged to leave once they become strong enough and create their own nation (benefits themselves and the server as a whole). Towns will NOT be required to leave.

I do hope that two or three large towns decide to stay with Tullius, but it is ultimately the mayors decision. (or their members of the House of Representatives)

Capital of Hyperion

The capital city will feature two sections, the Noble district, with the houses of the city founders, and the Living district. The Noble district will have all the town buildings and a few members houses. The Living district will have the regular citizens homes and shops. The city is still being roughly designed, if you have any ideas let me know!

Builders Guild!

The Builders Guild will be a new addition to the server, it will consist of the most prestigious builders of the server who will build their creations in the capital city of Hyperion (if they choose). There will always be room for their creations there. The headquarters will be located within Hyperion. We will have prices for our own constructions as well as the price for something you wish to have when the new map is out. If you would like to join please consult me via PM or in game chat. Halren has left Helvanthar due to major political obstacles, inconveniences and differences.

We are a peaceful town. All actions taken by individuals do not reflect the state of the town. We will keep the outpost at Cicatrix, and will accept payment for our plots if requested.

Tomorrow will be my 18th birthday so I decided to throw a party at Canterlot.
The doors will open at about noon in GMT time and the party will last FOREVEEEER (or for as long as I have cake).

I hereby invite all of Helvanthar and all of Azure to join the party.
no weapons are allowed, this is a time of peace, if you want to fight eachother, please take it outside. Hostilities in Canterlot will result in a removal from the party.

Halren [Bragging and Recruitment]

So as many people know, I once lived in Midgar, only to be kicked under suspicion of being a spy (which I wasn't, but that conflict has since been resolved).

Being horrible at surviving as a nomad, I decided to build a new, better town with some friends.

Originally, I started the town of Halren, but being relatively new to the idea of managing the towny mod I buckled under the pressure and handed over the title of mayor to our current man-in-charge, skote11.

Over the past two months, skote11 and I, as assistant, strived to make the town the best looking on the server. Through gruelling landscaping work, alterior-motivation, and a little bit of generosity from friends, we managed to expand the town to include premium VIP plots, on prime hillside real-estate. These new plots (8 in total, with more coming) are 12x12 with a negotiable height-limit and a magnificent view.

We have full intentions of completing a scenic path surrounding our walls leading to these plots, as well as a small game-club, and arena/training ground for entertainment and military purposes.

Our town not only is possibly the best looking on the server, but enjoys many luxuries such as an exclusive dark-spawner, a town shop, a post office, a nether station (complete with a nether-side lounge and café), an adept military commander (<3 U Zammie), the security of powerful nation (<3 U Droid and Helv) and a public memorial park.

Feel free to talk to me or skote11 about moving here ASAP; we don't blame you, this place is kinda awesome.

Introduction -

Intentus was planned a few months ago, a little bit after the release of Kiwike 2.0. We had about four to five people working to build what is now Nosaka, the Capital of Intentus.

During our construction, and fairly early into it, I had some real life problems and had to quit Kiwike for a few months.

Now that I have returned, me and one of the original citizens of the town when it was under construction, have brought Intentus to life. With the help of our friends and pals.

The House of Advisors -

Background: The House of Advisors is a house among the nation that will have 1-2 citizens from each town in it to help make decisions that among the nation.

The House of Advisors will help make decisions that can drastically change the Nation. Their must be a majority vote among the members of the House, and the Leader and Co-leaders must all approve, if just one does not, they decision will be taken as a No at that point, and may be proposed to the House again after some time.

The official meeting place of the house will be in Nosaka, as soon as the location is built, the house will be put into play to help make decisions.

As to what and who decides the Advisors from each town, that would be the current reigning mayor of the town. They must choose their adviser, or advisers to represent that town. Then the one or two selected must then be approved by the Leader and Co-leaders.

Aurora's revival

So I decided that today, I was going to revive Aurora.

So I wen't to the city and so far, it's been turned into a giant shithole. It's gates are broken, theres random crap every where. My cash has been looted (Whoever did that owes me 3 stacks of iron, and a LOT of diamond) .I've donated almost all of my money to the town in hopes of buying a ton of plots, however I still need help, I need more people and supplies to rebuild the place to it's former glory. If you would like to volunteer to join the town and or help clear land that would be great.

p.s, whoever looted my cash better get the Hell out of the town now because I will find out who did it. Either that or they can pay me the estimated 25 gold worth of stuff there. (it was within' town boundaries thus meaning only someone within' that town could have done it)
