Anyway, the reason is this:


They left these ridiculous cobblestone tower/bridge/things in some corners of the village, seemingly trying to hopelessly bypass the town border. Anyway, they didn't bother to destruct them and left them for us to clear. Is this worth a ban?

Sorry to have to report it, but there has been a case of mega-grief.

The DrV Portal Lab near spawn (66,-119) has been totally destroyed. (i.e. both the wool and stone block walls, the roof, the ender chest, everything). They flattened everything bar the portal, and then replaced it with a forest.

Could the forest be removed, and the lab restored please? Plus, ban those who did the deed. Some guy came on and claimed it was revenge for me reporting the earlier smaller grief to the lab and getting their friend banned.

Furthermore, inside the ender chest has been stolen, which is a very expensive item - and from my conversations with staff in the past I understand these, along with beds, furnaces, chests, anvils etc are not to be taken. This was alongside the workbench and standard chest - near the portal.

(Also, the wall clock has been stolen - which Crash confessed to - but the rules regarding frames are somewhat open to debate so I am not complaining about that). [That said ppl, it was meant for all to use as a transfer point, so please don't mess the decor! :/ ]

Lastly, a load of trees were planted point blank around the periphery of the building (not yet fully grown). I have removed them before they grew - but pretty sure that is against the spirit of the rules too.

Could you please identity the miscreant(s) and deal with them accordingly? Could I also have the ender chest and stack of wool please to effect repairs?

During Revamped I was banned with Nlewis, Pwol, Ian, etc. Revamped was really not well suited for myself, mostly because it was RP based. Back in 2.0, it was more fun, and I didn't have a history of getting in trouble at all, in fact, I had a clean record. In 2.0, I was never banned, never got in trouble, and obeyed the rules. Earlier, I killed lord_ginger or whatever his name is, and so his "posse" decided to kill me in my base, this including Bvc, and obviously I was outgeared and outnumbered, so I decided to just log out, I shouldn't have been combat logged, as I hadn't been hit at all. But then ~20 minutes later, I logged in, dead, this was obviously annoying, especially seeing as I had full enchanted diamond armour and my level 30 enchanted tools/weapons. But, I was annoyed, I didn't react. Then, as soon as I spawned, all 3 of them are there hitting me, I have my 10 second spawn protection, so I run, I don't stop to attack them. They catch up and kill me. Once again, this happens, and twice more. I complain in chat, then, alexandersp (Something like that) says in chat "Not this again, STFU" and I reply something like "Shut up Alex, suck a dick, cunt." (Heh) and then when I try to spawn, Bvc destroys my bed and I spawn at /spawn.

I'd like to ask for an unban simply because yes, I was stupid, I shouldn't have said it, but I had reason.

I'd also like to ask for Bvc to be punished in some way. He's a moderator, but he can't follow the rules himself.

So i'm asking the admins and the community of Kiwike to let me play this map , on terms that I promise to be a productive and trustworthy player who promises not to break the rules (which I've gone over time and time again since being banned) - I also promise to not have the mindset of a control freak which I admit to being last map , I now understand that enough is enough and moderators should be respected along with their decisions on how to govern the server.

Why should I be unbanned?
Because now there's 'two' different servers which means two different play variants. People on the normal server know their going to encounter war and fighting , therefore they are prepared and have the right mindset. In the past there was collateral damage (those who didnt want to fight) and these people can easily play a text - fighting restricted RP server in which they'll prefer to be in. I should be unbanned because I've actually changed the way I'm going to play this map. Sure they'll be fights if people provoke me , but generally I'm planning to take the more subtle approach to playing - which will hopefully result in the progress of the server. I like this server a lot better than other ones , and would be sad to find out I get turned down considering there's so much this server can become and I'd like to be a part of that change. So please , consider unbanning me and I promise you wont regret it.
