Basic Info
Character Name: Leonardo 'Leo' West
Gender: Male
Age: 28
General Background Information
Leo came from a land not unlike Kiwike. The nation he lived in was formed of scattered villages and settlements, ruled by no one leader, but in co-operation with one another for the benefit of all. Throughout Leo's childhood he often played with swords and bows, and on many an escapade, tried to follow the few guards and rangers of the territory on their many journeys throughout the land. On one occasion, however, Leo was not discovered hiding in the ranger caravan for several days - a tribute to his many years of practice hiding from his many older brothers and sisters in their village games of hide and seek.
For the first time in many years, a group of bandits wandered into the nation, and by ill fate ambushed the caravan of rangers. All except the carefully hidden Leo were killed. The bandits moved on with their new loot, leaving Leo scared and abandoned in the middle of a foreign wood. In an attempt to find his way home he wandered with scraps from the caravan for many days but became hopelessly lost instead. Leo was forced to become accustomed to the wilderness, and survived on his own for many years. Around the age of adulthood, his presence in the wilderness was discovered by a group of surveyors. When they brought him back to his village, he was welcomed with feasts and celebration, as everybody had long accepted him as dead. Leo found he could not fit in anymore with his family, or in the small, limited, village. So he said his farewells to his family and old friends, and left to find a new life he could make his own.
