I think 2 weeks ban is ok...and if he needs to he will make another application for his new account...what hes really concerned about is the items in his chest...if he wants to recover them cant he just pay like a 150 gold fee or something?

Since you admitted to your mistakes with the shop abuse, you won't be perma'ed, and as suggested earlier, you will only be subjected to a two-week ban on both accounts.
Once the ban is over, you may return with your blastboi account. You do not need to make a new application, just continue with your rp with your new account.
