SO....This is pqghir.....So I'm not able to log in to my account on minecraft anymore because I use my friend's account and he changed my password without telling me...he's not answering any of my calls or messages....I have a new minecraft account...blasboi....is it okay for someone to add this username? Or do I have to make a whole new account? I have talked to Saera about this and also if an administrator could open my chests because they are all shops...I did not completely read all the rules and did not know about the store abuse rule....I will accept any punishment hopefully not a perma ban. Also I do know that the issue of identity is involved but my friend jkillz123 can confirm my identity....Thankyou for reading this! Hopefully someone can help me because I really enjoy this server.

If you made all of your chests shops, that has to be a permaban. A prerequisite to joining the server is reading all of the rules, and it's pretty obvious that it's not allowed considering our lock plugin. Also, why wouldn't you just apply again with the new account? And yes, this is rather suspicious considering how urgent you're making this seem. Finally, for all we know, jkillz is an alt of yours.

Because he confessed to it and has no record, you might want to give this guy a break and give him a 2 week ban or something. But, the act of confirming your identity is not going to be an easy one. This position is not guaranteed to reflect the other staff members, and is simply my personal opinion

Well...the identity part is hard...but I do know pqghir...his name is Nick...we both go to Calvary Chapel Pearl Harbor...we live in Hawaii...I will vouch for this guy...also...if needed I can give my phone number and say it...also...please not a permaban! Sad

He was very excited to play this server and he didn't read all the rules ...he has ADD...like seriously...he actually is diagnosed with it...and he will say it proudly too!XD

I don't think ADD affects the reading of rules... And yes, MANY people have ADD. But Leech is right, a two week ban would probably do.

2 weeks sounds good, and he can speak to an admin/mod on Skype to clarify the whole identity thing.

Idk, if he's telling the truth (I don't see why he wouldn't, he could just apply if he wanted an alt) let him whitelist his new account the proper way, and keep the shops locked.

If he wants to get his items back, he has to buy them (or forever have them locked in a chest he doesn't have permission to access), in addition to re-applying.
I think that's a fitting punishment considering he's admitted to all of this, and generally been screwed out of his other account.

If he has items other than what the shop says is in the chest, he wouldn't be able to get to them at all.
