Well, 7 regulars with 3 irregular freaks would definitely be enough to get this started up. Yotta, would you be able to boot up a server with the Revamped map and Towny?

Depends if you mean the revamped seed or the revamped map with all of the old buildings there. I personally see a lot of people coming back just for that.
But also creates "problems" with people just being able to dig up their old stashes.
Don't get me wrong being able to explore the ruins of revamped again would be awesome, but it would also limit us with the fact that its really outdated by now and there's lots of stuff that wont generate unless we expand the border. And as far as I know the Revamped map is already large enough as it is.
