So pray to whatever God, or gods, or lack thereof you believe in that you get banned. Because life in Minecraft is about to get a helluva lot worse for those in your city if you don't.
I humbly ask that Kyga, SirSuba, and Saurota get out of Nova soon. A lot of us outside of Nova do not want to harm you.

I understand why most people will root for the underdog, but the only reason you have been so frustrated and united against Nova, is as soon as a town declared war on us, we would either raid them, or they would try to raid us. As the leader of Nova, I shall also look into these claims made against our citizens.
However. You act seem to have complied a massive list of ban-able offenses, only maybe some of which have even the slightest of bases. You declared war on us, expecting immediate consequences and surrender of Nova, even under the pressure of your allies. This, however, was not the case, and upon realizing that we fought back with considerable force and timing, you decided to create this list simply to finally rid yourself of Nova, the easy way out. Instead of fighting a war you declared on us, you strive to get rid of us by banning us.

To all allegations against us in terms of Kiwiships, we were extremely careful to remain legal. It does not count as griefing, according to a certain mod, as different rules apply to Kiwiships. We also had, for the most part, consent of an admin in actions against Cerce's ships.
Once again, for those who didn't read it carefully. We had consent from at least one person of power on the server at a time, and were extremely careful to remain within legal boundaries at all times.

Just because someone told you it's ok (regardless of their power) it doesn't mean you should do it. You HAVE broken many other rules as well. You knew perfecty well while destroying those ships that it wasn't right in he first place. I know for a fact you didestroy my ship without consent, and the purpose of it was to put grief on the other player. As you say "poof it's gone" "thanks for the 20 stacks of wool" ext. You were braying about it. And you are not innocent in this war, as I recall Nlewis was attacking Tullius far before we declared war on anyone.

Cerce could have listed them at the very beginning of the war. Some of those offences wouldn't even be there had your citizens not caused greif on kiwiships, used block glitching to raid Tullius, and just being the biggest douches on all history of kiwike.
And think, regardless of what that mod said, how is a kiwiship different from a Nomad home, or abandoned towns? Aside from the fact that kiwiships can fly. I don't see why, in terms of greif, kiwiships are deemed any different. So ppl see a kiwiship in midflight, possibly the pilot coming on later to continue the journey, or even making it his/her home. They can go up there and grief it just cause it's a kiwiship?
This is a different war Robert. It's no longer a war that can be contained within the Kiwike server. This war has gone too far beyond "fighting it out", far beyond what The Grand War was.

Saera. It wasn't griefing, it was ease of access to transport it home. Untethering a ship IS a bannable offence. However, because none of the stolen ships were tethered, no rules were broken. Believe me, we were very careful abiding by the law.
However, I will take immediate actions for claims of being douchebags. I will try to, as best as I can, guarantee that our citizens will not brag when successfully raiding another town, stealing a ship, or killing our enemies. For example, on the off chance of one of you killing our citizens, and a nice kill at that, we will accept and tel you that it was a nice kill. This being, however, that we can expect the same from our enemies, because, although we didn't post them, similar happenings have been going on vise versa, I'm lookin at you, LittleBlackout.
