Bannable Offences

As an active member of the server of Kiwike, I request that any and all mods and admins available read the below request.

It has come to my attention that the actions of ZupZup, RobertF, NLewis, and Pwolbart have officially gone too far. I will list, in detail, the rules that hey have broken...

They have broken rules 1.2 in numberous occasions. I do not believe that proof need be given here.

They have broken rule 1.3 in at least one reccorded ocasion. This is in the video where the ship 'Black Eye' was taken by some Novan citizens and reccorded to taunt various peoples.

They have broken rule 1.4 in numberous occasions on OoC chat. I do not believe that proof need be given here.

They have broken rule 2.1 in at least one reccorded ocasion. This is the picture that can be requested by Kbrown if asked. The picture shows the KiwiShip, 'Cerantian Power', being destroyed with malicious intent, and not with the intent of theft for later use or theft of valueable blocks. If the valuable blocks mentioned (Pwolbart mentioned the black and red wool was important to him), they should have only gotten those blocks mentioned.

They have broken rule 2.2 in the above mentioned event.

They may have broken rule 2.5 in the war against Azureglade. I have no proof on this matter.

They may have broken rule 3.5 in the war against Azureglade and in infultrating Cerantiace. I have no official proof on this matter.

In the matter of maturity and roleplay, they are not maintaining the theme of this server, thereby breaking rule 4.

They have broken rule 5.1 if, indeed, the occurence with the KiwiShip 'Cerantian Power' was destroyed for materials. They did not cover up the crime.

They have also broken rule 1 of Maturity, aka 'Don't be a douche bag'.

Therefore, I request that due procedure be taken against them. I'm sure that the entirety of the server, save those four and possibly some loud minority in favor of 'lolz', will be quite thankfull.

This has gone too far.

To the Gra- I mean Nova, I have already considered you equal to others around Kiwike. I accepted ship building contracts from nova people, like I accept contracts from anyone else, even in the time of war. Stealing ships was one thing, but DISMANTLING them is outrageous. You didn't see Azure dismantle your ship, but you've dismantled not only Bowser's ship, you did it to the Cerantian Power as well. How would you feel if we dismantle your Hornet? The one I spend 12+ hours making?

That was a really douche move. I don't even know why rule 1 exists anymore.

Also, wouldn't it be considered MAJOR greifing, since they took down someone else's property, aka the Cerantian Power.

And the ship sure as hell isn't made of ore blocks.

I'm done with the crap. They can whine about how childish I am for not being able to take a joke, or how week I am for not facing them man - to - jerk, but I'm done. They've broken almost every single rule there is to break, save that of maybe, MAYBE x-raying.

There's no 'Trololol, we wuz just kiddingz' out of this one, Nova. There's no sorries, no peace treaties. If you don't get banned, I swear I will bombard the hell out of you untill you beg to get banned. I will make your every single minecraft morning feel like it's a minecraft night with no shelter. There's no sweet talking. No bribing. No peace for you. The terms of your surrender to Azureglade and her allies are unconditional. Know what that means, jerks? It means we get whatever we ask from you. And that is all of our stolen belongings, or their monetary equivalent. And all of the Kiwiships back.

Including the dismantled ones.

So pray to whatever God, or gods, or lack thereof you believe in that you get banned. Because life in Minecraft is about to get a helluva lot worse for those in your city if you don't.

I humbly ask that Kyga, SirSuba, and Saurota get out of Nova soon. A lot of us outside of Nova do not want to harm you.
