The moderators in this case were following the rules to the dot, and for that you can't blame them.
Tristo, however, took notice and is in the midst of discussing a revision to the rules with the Admins.

I understand that the mods were only following rules, and im not faulting them. I'm only pointing out flaws in the existing rules. Thanks for taking this into consideration.
