Sorry to burst your bubble here geck' but we've already asked yotta about this kind of thing before and he's certain that he doesn't want kiwike to turn into a minigame based server. also, while i was reading this, the whole 'economy based on kiwike games' keep making me think of unreal tournament :')
The problem with multiple arenas would be the fact that everyone would have their own. The good thing with this plugin is that you can challange someone who could be at the other end of the map and everyone can come together to watch it. Having multiple arenas would split the small population we have on the server up into even smaller groups. We don't want an arena for each nation, I think it would be better to have one big arena for everyone to go to.

waitwaitwait. If Im paying to watch people fight, it beter not be with swords. Upon entering the arena, players get Prot 4 Diamond armor and sticks. If I pay, I want a long fight.

I'm not sure if taking the snowball code and replacing the images with bricks is within a Bukkit plugin's capabilities, but it would certainly be epic.
