Lockable chests sound alright as long as there is a limit. A small limit, at that. No more than 5 sounds good to me. i don't want people to feel completely safe. They will have to stash things eventually.

No enderchests, chest shop abuse results in block protection on your plot being disabled for 12 hours. lol

That sounds good, but can people pick the chests? i know with 5 slots people can just put their valuables into diamond blocks and be invincible, but if we can pick locks then everyone will just abuse chest shops. Are we going to do a bank like thing like revamped? or you have to have the gold in your inventory when you buy things, which makes you more prone to raiders?

How about just like 2.0, gold as the currency, then you have chestshops on the server and if anybody gets caught abusing them its an instant perma ban, and thats made VERY clear in the rules. The mods get the ability to look in those chests in mod mode.

Easy solution to shop abuse: Make it physically impossible to store anything except the item you are selling in the shop. It's really quite simple plugin-wise. If someone tries to place an item in a chest when the chest is a shop that sells something other than the item being placed, the event can simply be cancelled. And if someone tries to make a shop with items other than the item they are selling in the chest, then the making of the shop can be cancelled.

I haven't thought about the spawn location yet. No release date.
Edit: I'm busy with finals this week and on vacation the next week. Don't expect anything to happen before 2014.
