Can you put Xbox 360 saved games onto a USB stick to transfer to a different 360 cons

Im getting the new xbox 360 slim and need my stuff from my old xbox to the new one. Now that xbox 360's are compatible with usb's, can i use one of them to transfer my stufff?

You can even put the usb in your computer and get usbxtaf

take the profile/saved games, and edit them. This includes money, exp, level, weapons, items.

Also for profile, Modded gamerscore?
