RE: Bowser Appeal
I didend thats how its stated in the rules bowser.
Pvp, and stealing is allowed so are excepted by those rules.

I never sayed i would give out a ban for simple things like that.
Its just how -we- moderators are being allowed interpertate those rules.
They have to be loosly written so that its easier for us to catch someone when they do something not written in the rules specifically

RE: Bowser Appeal
If stealing is allowed why is bowser banned for stealing wheat?

Griefing does not even have to mean destorying blocks or buildings.

"Generally, "griefing" is anything you do that interrupts another player’s game experience. " To take it from the rules.

In this case bowser STEALING wheat from the town of nova ruining there game experience.
Altho i do find this 3 day period out of line and to long for such a minor act.

I am not going to soley unbann you by myself.
I'll take this back to Kyga who has banned you,
And return with the results

Wait a second. were are you now dissapointed in?
I agree that the ban was to long. and out of line, even if you can losely see them as griefing.
But its also not for me to withdraw a other moderators ban without dicussing it with them. Thats called respect.
And if i dissapoint you by respecting Kyga, i'm proud to dissapoint you

RE: Bowser Appeal
Destroying blocks placed by another player is greifing, Crops are NOT in the list of destroyable objects, if your saying its in RP to steal crops, its also RP to burn somones house to the ground, is that legal? Nope.
I reduced the ban to 1 more day.

RE: Bowser Appeal
Being banned for harvesting some ones wheat is just ridiculous. Of course burning down a house is not legal and ban worthy, that is called griefing, like you said, but taking wheat is not. I think you are forgetting what griefing is, Its when you intentionally cause grief to a player over the internet, typically griefing minecraft. I dont see how taking some ones wheat is going to cause grief. Sure they lost some wheat, but stealing some ones items causes greif, and we all know they arnt going to leave because of this. This is just an excuse for Nova to ban the leader they despise. Where is Kubrick D:
