Rail Grief?
I recently realized i have no idea what a rail grief actually is. I've seen various changes to the topography on Ruenge's netherrail, and since none of them keep you from being able to use it, I never bothered mentioning it. So now, out of curiosity, I am wondering: is a rail grief limited to picking up the tracks, anything that keeps people from using the rail system, or any movement of blocks around the rail?

RE: Rail Grief?
2.4 Absolutely no griefing of official roads and/or minecart tracks at any time.
Official roads/tracks are those roads leading directly to or from Mavenholm. Roads and tracks are essential for travel around the world of Kiwike. Any direct griefing of the roads is severally frowned upon. If a road or track is damaged due to an RP reason or creeper, repair the road as soon as possible.

2.1 Griefing is not tolerated.
Generally, "griefing" is anything you do that interrupts another player’s game experience. It can be as simple as jumping up and down in front of them while they’re having a legitimate RP coversation to destroying another player’s building for no valid reason.

So rail griefing. First of all, breaking mine cart tracks on a railway, falls under griefing in the rules. Depending on the situation, is wether or not you can get in "Trouble".

Ex. Android placed blocks, and or removed some tracks to the Bludwick railway (Don't quite remember which one it was), way back when. He did it for the RP purpose of a war going on between the Nation of Helvanthar, and I believe it was Cornerstone. That is an Rp purpose, to an extent, therefore making it legal as long as he fixes it right after the war is over.

Ex.Another good example would be say you where hired as an assassin. Your target, you find out your target is going to ride the rails from his town, to say Bludwick, to buy some goods. A good way to get your target, is to say destroy a minecart track somewhere in the middle of the railway, as he hits it his minecart stops, and you jump out and attack him, killing him and fulfilling your mission. You must now re-place the minecart track, and be on your way.

This is an amazing reason to destroy the railways, and is completely legal.

As for blocks around the rail, you might wan't to talk about a moderator about that, since i'm not sure wether or not Ruenge has either dug a tunnel, making the blocks around the rail natural and legal to break to an extent, or if you place all the blocks, etc.

Hope this clears up things.

RE: Rail Grief?
O, why did think that wouldn't be specifically referred to in the rules?
