Why do you deserve a second chance?: Alright, it was 12:00 AM last night. First I wana say there were about 6 people online? Teh was there. Anyway, also Lavaaaa was not flaming, he said 'Goob' for 'Goober' everytime Little said something, this is a little inside joke with us, it isnt flaming though, its spam at the least. Now, I know what I did, I want Android to see the pics, all of em. I know I was flaming, but I mean, its Little, Im sorry. Its just so hard not to with what he says, and how it goes back and fourth into a flame war. I realize he probably didnt show you any or much pics of him and how it started, it started with me telling global his towns coordinates. Which he got super pissed and layed the 'f' bomb on, then went through threatening my new town for a good while. Sure I continued it, but I was just having some fun. Back in the days of Cencus, and Cornerstone, this type of talk would have been taken as a joke. But ever sense Jyan/Bob and now Littleblackout, the situation of 'flaming' has come up far to much. Im sure you are all aware of littles insults, his small flames, and how his constant comeback to anything involving him or some one he knows is "Flame!". At the very least he deserves a day ban as much as me.

I'm not so sure if this is a ban appeal, or a ban request?
Anyways, I have no say in this, but spam should probably just show the picture to Android, see what he has to say.

Bans should be exclusively for increasing the quality of the server. Both Little and Asdf are good, active and involved server members, neither of them hack, both of them have donated. These are the kinds of people we should be trying to keep on the server. Players shouldn't be using bans as a means of getting revenge on people they dislike and mods should actively discourage revenge bans. Unless someone is causing serious harm to the server I don't think banning them makes much sense... Rules are useful but the ultimate decision should be up to the moderators who should make decisions based on what is better for the server. If moderating was just about reading the rules Yotta could do that on his own and people could just send him screenshots of players they want banned. Having people (not that yotta isn't a person) as moderators means that decisions can be made based on the individuals ability to judge what is better for the server.
Anyways, I feel like I've posted my thoughts on moderating many times before. I'm not a mod so I really am just giving my opinions here but I hope they are reasonable. Moderation must be moderate.

Pavja, that would make flaming all right, which I think the entire staff would highly disagree with. Heated arguments are not something that should be allowed on the server, especially not in global chat.

Wait... Was any semblance of the three-strike system employed here?

Also, pavja... This was not in any way a revenge ban.

I don't remember a lot of flaming, but I also don't remember much. It seemed like the usual "banter" that occurs when no mods are on and I also don't remember anyone complaining about the amount of chatter. In my opinion, nobody was really disenfranchised by any flaming that may or may not have happened, this seems like just another attempt by a player to get someone else banned for personal reasons. I'm not saying that to passive-aggressively call Blackout a douche, it's something that lots of people do and I think needs to be recognized.
