Metagaming is when someone gives you info outside the game and you apply it in-game. For example, I tell you that my nation is raiding your town in 27 minutes. You couldn't tell anyone or prepare, as that would be metagaming.

Well from whati have gathers it is deciding on what your RP Character is going to do not while your rping, like you any some friends are like ' hey gias let's go build a town and all and we can keel everyones' but not being in a RP way. Another example is like everyone is planning there towns for revamped but not it a to way, they are just asking others to join there town ooc which is basically deciding what yu characters is gong to do while you are not in role

Basically, your role-play character does not know what you know as a person. You read on the forum about someone's adventures and raids and you don't really like these people. However, your character doesn't know anything about this at all. He doesn't even know they exist so he can't just decide to go kill them. Same with trading things, you can't just say things in OOC (Out of character) like that you want to trade or sell items, get coordinates from someone, putting a bounty on someone etc, etc.

However, we do not force RP in the beta but we VERY MUCH recommend role-playing to practice before the beta ends.
