International Subway Agreement
*Letter sent throughout the world and posted on many message board reads as following*

Hello Emperors and Mayors!

For those Towns/Nations that are preparing a Subway, or planning on it, The Vermilion Dominion is proposing the subway level be at level 40, or 40Y coord. We have already started to prepare ours, and we would wish that you, the other Towns/Nations of Kiwike will stay on this level, for mutual interests.

This level will apply to all Subways, excluding Private Subways that are not built by the town itself, these will have to be on another level 10 above or 10 below 40Y coord (If the player wishes not to run into international subways).

Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any comments/questions please ask/comment below.

The Dominion

*Letter ends, the wax vermilion stamp signing the paper.*

((Yeah, they exist, just not formaly, and a lot will be making subways so before they all start making them on say 45 and 43, we can get a world wide level incase they want to combine them.

((Very true. What did we use in 2.0? We could always just build tunnels.))

Considering that most ocean floors are now made of sand, it may be necessary to go even lower XD

((Wow, I feel as if what I've told you directly, asdf, has been blown off completely. Before we even get into such agreements by [b]nonexistant]/b] nations, let us first review whether or not we want such things.

Until then, locked for blatantly not caring for what I clearly discussed with you earlier.
