Problem with block protection

Hi

I build a new house and I would like to move my chest (and my block protection).
I try to put a diamond block (that was used in the old house) for protection but It seems not working. A right click does nothing (no information about the diamond block and others block around).

I tried on a friend's protection and I've got all messages with I click on protected blocks.

Any idea

Remember the protected area has a radius of 2 around the diamond block and 3 above it. Have a friend try to remove blocks to test it.

I make new test
I transform block into 9 diamonds and recreate a new diamond block.
Nothing change : No information about block protection with a right click and no protection for blocks around.

Next test :
Find 9 new diamonds and create a new block.

Don't touch anything it works I don't know why but it works

When I put a diamond block, I've got the message : "Protection Block placed". I haven't got this message since the first post, even when I tested with Android yesterday.
I've got information message when I right click on the block and the message "protected" on the block around.

I did nothing, except to test at my work this afternoon (linux client) and it worked. This evening, I tested at my home (Windows client) and it works too
