Lava's un-RP kill

Hello,

Today, Lava came into my town an killed me. He claims that we're "At war" because I insulted him in character. However, he does not have proof that I declared war (I did not). I feel that this is strongly not RP and that it is unreasonable.

I hope that the mods can come to a quick decision.

You were on my side, being a claimed "spy". And we were at peace. Then when I ask for info, you say you're not reporting anything to us anymore. So I go... "That's not a good choice" and I left it at that. So, on Solitude's regular raids to Coras, we happen to run into Drew. And he helps Bowser and his crew try to fight us off. To me that is enough reason to be at war with Hydra Prime and its citizens, since Drew is the leader. Mods do what you want, I am just giving my side of the story.
