It is advised that you read the Cerantian History, as it gives an account as to the reason Cerantia was founded, how/why Cerce is here, and a daily account of Cerce's life. Just remember that Cerce is your Emperor, the Senate has your future prosperity in their hands, and only you can change your city, and you should do fine. It is also reccomended that you read the post reguarding all of Cerantia, which can be found in my signature.
