Constitution and Charter of the Kingdom of Rahon

1st Act, National Status

Under the authority of the owners of the declared territory of Rahon in the land of Kiwike it shall stand further that the nation of the Kingdom of Rahon has been founded as a nation unto King Daniel the Ranger and his Hand, Unreal the Troll, and the Government of the Council of the Kingdom of Rahon. The towns of Edaros, Kimera, and Littlehorn and their respective territories will here on support one another with the strongest force they have to provide, for the mutual goal of peace, justice, strength, and prosperity. The newly improved status of the Kingdom voids all previous alliances, war-faring enemies, official territories, or statuses with the goal of building the nation for the future. All future alliances will be decided upon by the Council of the Kingdom of Rahon.

2nd Act, Territories and Domain of Rahon

All territory from Staelon's Forest across the Sun River in the north, the Mountains of Daniel the Ranger in the east, the Forest of Edaros in the south, and the White Pines and Pagkalaki-laki Desert in the west is now officially claimed as the jurisdiction of the Government of the Council of the Kingdom of Rahon. Territory, property, and jurisdiction of Rahon may increase as seen necessary or convenient for the good of the nation.

3rd Act, King and The Hand of the King, and Lords

3.1: King Daniel the Ranger, of Rahon is granted leadership and ownership over the Capital of Rahon, the town of Edaros and its territory.
3.1.1: The head of the Council of Rahon, the King is given equal say in all decisions as the elected Councillors, counted as one of Councillors of Edaros.
3.1.2: The face of the Kingdom, and the deliverance of justice and peace for the nation are in his name.
3.1.3: The King, upon death, passes down his title and position of authority to an heir, or the next highest ranking official of the nation.

3.2: The King's Hand, or otherwise known as, The Hand of the King, is the deputy and of the King chosen solely by the King himself, is the next highest ranking official in the terms of the figurehead monarchy.
3.2.1: King Daniel reserves the right to select or dismiss The Hand of the King at any point in which he chooses.
3.2.2: The Hand of the King serves as a Councillor for the Capital of Rahon, the town of Edaros.
3.2.3: In case of the lack of an heir at the time of the King's death or abandonment of the throne, The Hand of the King is to take the King's title and position of authority.

3.3: The leaders of each individual town are granted lordship or ladyship over the town they govern, its citizens, and the property they preside over.
3.3.1: The Lords or noble Ladies of towns may not be stripped of their positions, unless they are accepting of such punishment, as they are given utter ownership of the territory and property of their town to do with what they wish and accept.
3.3.1: In the case of the abandonment or death of a Lord or noble Lady of their town, they first and beforehand, are given an opportunity to declare a new leader to take their place. In case of no replacement having been selected, the Council of Rahon is given the decision.
3.3.2: The leadership of a town may choose whether or not to convict or punish criminals for offences against their own town by the process of a court of law, or singular punishment.
3.3.3: The leadership must answer to extradition request of another town if one of their own citizens has committed a crime and is summoned to be dealt with by the system of that town.

4th Act, Government of the Council of the Kingdom of Rahon

4.1: The ruling Council of the Kingdom of Rahon stands as an institution of law and is sworn to bring justice, strength, and peace to lands and its citizens.
4.1.1:The bodies of the Council serve King Daniel as the King serves them, with honour, respect, diligence, and loyalty.
4.1.2: In the matter of government, the Council is the greatest institution of law in the land, under eternal democracy for the needs of the people.

4.2: Councillors are to be representatives of the interests of the nation, with only three speaking on behalf of each town of Rahon, for a total of nine current Councillors.
4.2.1: The granted leader of each town of Rahon is granted a seat in the Council to represent the interests of his town, in addition to the two more Councillors elected by the citizens of the town.
4.2.2: In order to assure equal representation of towns in the Council, in the case of the absence or lack of an elected Councillor, an interim Councillor must appointed by the town's Lord until which point the elected Councillor is able to resume his position, or a new Councillor is elected.
4.2.3: All Councillors are to be given equal say in the Council of Rahon.
4.2.4: The Council of Rahon must meet and decide upon any proposals, conflicts, issues, or cases facing the Kingdom that are out of the hands of the Lords of each town or too great for a single judge to preside over.
4.2.5: The dismissal of a Councillor from his position, title, and authority is permitted only under the conditions that they are guilty beyond reasonable doubt of betrayal of the Kingdom of Rahon.
4.2.6: The final or ruling decision of the Council must be agreed upon or voted for by more than half of Councillors.
4.2.6.1: In case of a Councillor being unable to attend a meeting or hearing, their opinion must still be considered in the total of a vote or decision.

4.3: International conditions such as alliances, greater conflicts, the pursuit of justice, or international peace by the forces of the Kingdom of Rahon must be decided upon by the Council before any outward or offensive action is to be taken.
4.3.4: In terms of international affairs the decision of the Council is final and applicable to all members of the nation for the safety of the people and security of the government.

4.4: The Law of Rahon is to be coordinated by the Council through whichever means upholds the goals of the Kingdom above.
4.4.1: The Law of Rahon is subject to amendment through Council proposals at any time it is deemed necessary. All amendments must have over half of the Councillors' support.
4.4.2: Currently, the act of obtaining justice is the responsibility of the town in which the offence was committed or whose citizens were offended against elsewhere in the nation, and local bi-laws are written for that exclusive region. The laws on certain affairs may be different in separate townships.
4.4.3: If one town seeks the extradition of a citizen from another town for trial in a court of law, the leader of the town must admit them to do so, as long as the trial is to be supervised by at least three Councillors for the sake of preventing corruption.
4.4.4: If the laws of a town are not followed by a person outside of the citizenship of Rahon, they are to be ordered to court on a date mutually agreed upon. If the person either refuses to accept their summons, or intentionally avoids trial, they are to be 'Arrested on Behalf of the Justice of the Kingdom of Rahon' and convicted for the crime.
4.4.5: If a person is convicted without any evidence, witness, or possibly for corrupted reasons, the case must be given to the Council of Rahon to review and alter for the sake of justice.
4.4.6: Should the laws or principals of two towns conflict in a single case, the case must be given to the Council of Rahon to review and alter for the sake of justice.

4.5: Only in utter emergency, or immediate danger may a High Council consisting of the two Lords, the King, and the Hand of the King make a ruling of immediate military response or political endeavour. As soon as possible afterward, the Council shall reassess the decision made, to assure the best intentions of the nation.
