Character Name: Praetorax Malux

General Background Information: Praetorax left his homeland betrayed by those close to him. He had emerged as a powerful figure in the warring clans' battlefield that was his homeland, eventually merging forces with another strong warrior and beginning a new imperial era under their combined forces. After countless successes in combat, however, his power-hungry ally hatched a plan with Praetorax's own former second-in-command. Together, the two forged evidence that Praetorax had broken the laws of the empire in exercising his power to take revenge on one who actually HAD wronged Praetorax. Stripped of his rank, his power, and his land, Praetorax had little choice but to find a new home and rebuild his power as independently as possible. He decided that it was better to distance himself from his past than exact revenge on the fools that had so grievously wronged him, and after several months of wandering, he came across a new, snow-covered land known as Icenfjord. Determined to reestablish himself as a reputable warlord, he chose to settle here and carve his name into the memories of those around him by whatever means necessary.

Physical Condition/Description (what do they look like, what do they wear, all physical elements of a character): Praetorax is average height, lean but strong build, and comes across as somewhat cold and calculating, having detached himself from most things he sees so as to avoid the betrayal he suffered in his homeland. He wears light, flexible leather armor over red and black garments, the historical colors of his militaristic family, and has medium length hair.

What is your character's main objective? What do they wish to gain out of this experience of living?: Praetorax came upon the land he now inhabits while searching for a new home in which to reestablish his legacy. He seeks nothing less than glory in the eyes of those around him, as he had rightfully earned in his home before he was betrayed. He knows both the martial arts and those of construction, and both will help his rise to fame.
