Live-Action Bar

Alright, so. This idea came to me whilst reading Crash's suggestion on block protection, which I liked. This idea would coexist with his, or any way of declaring war on another town.

The idea is for the website. Somewhere on the website, a simple bar. This bar shows something along the lines of (The Town of Derp has declared war on The Town of Blah). As simple as that is, it shows that the server is active, and the website has more to it other than forums. As-well as the potential for other things to be added to said bar. Ie. Kills.

Probably a pain in the ass to code.

As much as I think kills should be kept private (or at very least not published on the forums) I do think a simple record of events would be nice.

Then again, that's kinda what we have the wiki for.

Well then put it on the wiki but allow it to be seen from the main page or the top of the forums, where most people would see it.
