Honestly, you don't seem to have used Google much if you ask Kiwike for help with starting a server. I don't think anyone besides yottabyte or I would have experience with that sort of thing, and pretty much everything you asked can be Googled to oblivion. And calling the one person who could have helped you the most an asshole isn't going to help your case, I'm afraid.
