I found this awesome tool the other day.

It's a flash program that lets you create a custom skin. I used it for my skin and I'm very happy with it EWBTE

Must say, I love it! I'm using a temp. skin untill Kyga gets around to making the custom one that matches the last one, but with a crown.

I'm good at making Skins just from the flat laid out bmp/png files.
