Yet again a Non-RP kill

Title says it all. By the one and only Crashlander, recurring culprit. I was standing in town, typing in ooc next of all I get hit. I run into a house thinking it's a skeleton. I then see Crash's name outside. I ask him to wait. He ignores my attacks at rp conversation and attacks me even though I did not strike back and then ran away. He ran away straighty after that and didn't enter any houses for chests so it wasn't a raid. I tried to get it sorted in mod chat and no attempts at sorting the incident out were made. Geckosquid then decided to give me two warnings, one for a valid reason: language then another for asking for mod help: dude stop it. Clearly the second warning was not deserved. Suba then arrived online and tried to sort things out, the only one out the 5 mods to actually try. Thank you kiwike for your great rping players and dedicated mods. YUNO

First of all, the peace agreement was broken by bowser.
Second, it was also for the revenge of my death by godrfey (actual non rp kill)

You didn't ask me to wait once, conversation was not meant to exist, there was a pre-existing reason for attack, and I was there looting for almost a half-hour beforehand.

The second warning was for flaming.
