I honestly think either a direct response (or even acceptance of the terms) would be utterly expansive for RP - think about it, an occupation to fight against, an overlord to hate and conspire against, more to build, and more RP interaction. Which, contrary to popular belief, can be considered fun if you actually put some work into it.
