Hung on the pretty empty notice board is a note writing in an elegant handwriting with on the bottom the signature of two dices
A lot of people recently are talking about living together in a closed community to protect yourself from the danger of raiders. In so called 'towns'
A fine idea, but any good idea costs money and resources to get off the ground. And seeing the current mistrust of people and the raiders. It might prove hard to get what you need for this idea to get going.
This is were i come in. I the gambler am ready to discuss you're future plans and decide if i am interested in sponsoring you're idea with money, resources or whatever else you might need to get it off the ground and working properly. At certain benefits for future profit or interest for myself of course. The how's and what can always be discussed on later terms

I can be reached by mailing a letter to my address. Which can be easily done by visiting the local post office. Or you can find me in the inn during the regular hours don't be shy to ask for the gambler I'll find you if you do. And last you can write you're reply on this paper if for any reason the other two ways are not to you're liking.
