Ban Appeal - Skrai_808

I'm not seeing anything being posted in this thread that contains any value whatsoever, perhaps we'll need to keep others out of the ban appeals and leave them only to moderators? If you're not a fan of that, tread carefully.

They aren't going off suspicions, they have evidence, how can you make such assumptions? Block checks give player, time, blocks placed/removed, all of it, and it can be very evident for xrayers.

Yes. I did. Did you not read the context of which I posted that? It was in response to "It seems like you are banning people only on suspicions" (talking about not just this ban). I was saying it is not suspicions. Or from a mod prospective, am I wrong? Do you ban people on meer suspicions?

Okay Skrai_808, Seems good, though the unlikeness that you dug the dirt blocks just above the chests and no others was really odd, asdf had a similar case a few months back and that was seen as highly supsicous but he was not banned, so it seems all good which happened. Sorry for wasting time which could've been spent on the server, and sorry for not replying earlier. i was out last night.

Oh and the reason why he was banned before being questioned was that he wasn't present at the time this event was found via ther mods.
