This is a formal declaration of war against the brand new Settlement of Toa by The Midland Monarchy:

The Settlement of Toa is lead by Shyun, a previous Tzar under our nation. He has left our nation with four of his followers to start a new settlement somewhere in between The Kingdom of Rahon and The Realm of Enc'ela. In addition to leaving our nation and bringing his people with him, he has made the fatal mistake of allowing permission of one of his citizen to assault our King, and Shyun himself killing one of the innocent people of Enc'ela. This new settlement's actions are unacceptable and will be dealt with with full military force. We offer the full support of our military to The Realm of Enc'ela.

It was thirty-seven minutes past noon when Mainford handed Android, disguised as Gunnar, a letter to read.

"Lord Wolfbane declares war on his own subjects, interesting enough," he mumbles to himself as he hands the letter back to Mainford, unscathed. He proceeds to log the information and retains it for a later date.

Asdf picks up this note from a currier he intercepted, read it and was disgusted by it, and its writer.

"This is why Midlands must be stopped. Declaring war on your own people, that is disgusting." he tells his two gaurds, who agree.
"Lets get back to the keep" he quickly says and swaggers off to the New Phalinx keep.

I wish to remind you that I am not opposing the outlaws to return them to Midlands, but to make recompense for the wrongs done Enc'ela. Please consider which words you will write in the future so as not to damage the reputations of both our nations.
