Mallard Park Agreement

This agreement, bound on the first day of the 9th moon, holds the terms and conditions of the Alliance of the Elven Nation of Eil and the Realm of Enc'ela. Under the leadership of The High Council of Eil, and King Adam Godfrey, respectively, the two nations agree to give their allegiance to one another for the purpose of mutual prosperity and peace.

The two bound nations shall adhere to the following terms and conditions shall the alliance be upheld and respected. Failure to commit and follow such should result in either immediate attempt at resolution or modification of this document with the signatures of the official from each nation, or else the agreement be left null and void.

Both nations shall support each other with the commitment of military and political power should one nation be threatened or directly aggressed against. Military coordination is to be promoted, and a ranking system of military respect shall be instated to avoid conflict for each nation.

An embassy shall established by each nation within the other, within as close proximity as possible to the building limits of the capital city. Each embassy shall welcome the other's diplomats, and offer refuge and security to each others citizens. An ambassador shall be appointed by each nation to ensure thorough communication and strengthen ties.

No land that is considered property, or territory of the other nation may be claimed without proper settlement beforehand. No intrusion of or violation of already gained territory is to be displayed. If a territorial claim is disputed, or may have the possibility of being disputed, the leaders of the nation agree to meet to settle the dispute fairly.

The two nations may not participate in, nor entertain for undisclosed or conflicting purposes, further alliances with other nations in territorial, political, or military conflicts with the other unless specifically permitted by governing official of the other party.

Through these terms, the two nations will grow and prosper in peace and wealth for the benefit of each other, and the entire land. This agreement binds the commitment, testament, and loyalty of all bodies of power involved and lead, including militias, militaries, parties, and businesses under each nation.
